If the tracking hasn’t moved for a few days or shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact the courier directly. You can also reach out to our support team with your Order ID and tracking details — we’ll help you locate your order and update you at the earliest.

We offer exchanges only, not returns or refunds. Exchanges are available for wrong products, defective items, or size issues (based on availability). Refunds are provided only if the product cannot be exchanged or replaced.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
Sarees with fall/pico done
Custom-stitched or altered items
Sale or discounted products (unless damaged/defective)
Accessories (if any)
For size exchanges or customer errors, shipping charges may apply.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be asked to self-ship the product.
Self-ship address will be shared via email after your request is approved.
